Support the Global Space Education Foundation

This week we are blasting off into outer space!  Space is cool and mysterious because there is so much we don’t know!

Although space exploration continues to evolve, there are many organizations that are working to educate kids like you on what happens up in the space station. Learning about STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) is an important part of learning about what goes on in space.

The Global Space Education Foundation has created a few different programs to get kids excited about our space programs!

  • The first is Storytime from Space where astronauts read books right from the International Space Station right to kids on earth. Check out book club this week for more details and listen to your favorite book in space!
  • The second is Science Time from Space where astronauts perform cool science experiments from space to teach kids about things like heat transfer, balance, gravity and light.

Plus, they provide a ton of other cool lessons like these.

Share with us what you learn about space this week!
