Wacky Water Week Exercise of the Week. Brought to you by Naturepedic!

We’re back again for another Exercise of the Week! Most times, the thought of exercise can be uninteresting even before it starts. Yes, all the benefits of doing it are not forgotten, but starting seems to be the hurdle. The way out is simple - don't think before you start and make it fun!

This week suggest a tug of war game to get everyone energized and active. Grab whatever you have around your house like some rope, a towel, or bed sheet and make a mark on the ground for the center point. To mark your center point, you can use tape, a stick, or a pool of water to make it interesting (and a great way to cool off!). Divide into two teams and tug, tug, TUG! Whichever team crosses the center point or gets wet first loses the game! Make it a true competition by playing multiple games, and whoever wins more games is the ultimate Tug of War champion!
