Our exercise for this week is called Superman stretches. Have you always wanted to fly like Superman or act like you are one of the superheroes you watch on tv? Well, this week's exercise allows you to act like one. First, when it is time for your exercise, you need to lie flat on the ground with your stomach acting as the anchor. Then, raise your hands and legs off the surface and retain a position as though you are flying. Hold for as long as you can and then lay flat on the floor. When you’re ready, just repeat! The purpose of this exercise is to strengthen your back muscles. Plus, the exercise will make you more balanced and coordinated for so many everyday tasks. Wait, are you thinking what I'm thinking?
