We’ve made it to week 6 of Camp Beyond and our final Mindful Minute! This week’s minute should be easy, because we’re going to spend it thinking about our friends! This week, take just 60 seconds and think about your best friend (or best friends!). What do you like about them? Do you appreciate how they share with you or are kind to you? Do they make you laugh or do they like the same things you like? The possibilities are endless! So spend your time this week thinking about your friends, and then share with them one or two things you appreciate about them! Not only will thinking about these things increase your appreciation for your friends, but if you tell them, it will make them feel good and appreciate you as well!
