Have you ever played the game "red light, green light" before? This week's exercise is centered on this game, but we’re going to spice it up a bit. First, get some of your friends to help you create your own red and green ‘lights’. So, you will need cardboard, glue and some colored pencils or markers. After creating your customized ‘lights’, you can then start the exercise with your siblings or friends. So, here is how it works, someone will hold the ‘lights’ and shouts “red light” or “green light” to the remaining kids and holds up the corresponding ‘light’. So, if you hear “red light”, you stop, but when you hear “green light”, you will run towards the caller. Whomever reaches the caller first wins! Simple right?
